I enjoy how friendly the staff was. The hotel was quite during the late night, the rooms was very clean, the area is quite and safe. The staff knocks and announce who the are instead of just unlocking the door and just walking in. The only thing I disliked was the slamming and very loud noise the staff made whole cleaning the rooms.

First room smelled like mold so we asked for a new room. Second night in our new room we couldn't unlock our door when we arrived back at the hotel. Staff tried for half hour to get our door open to no avail. Staff and hubby ended up going through a window in our room to unlock the door. We were transferred to a third room. Next morning was going to use the blow dryer and it started smoking immediately. This place is not well kept... Maintenance is desperately needed. Staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. Looks like we were issued a very small discount for all the trouble.

Quiet and comfortable

Overall we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, so we slept well -- our #1 priority. The breakfast was good with the waffle makers, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, and more. The staff was friendly. The only negative was there were pieces of balloon and plastic on the floor, and it didn't seem like it had been washed. The bathrooms and everything else were clean.

Nice hotel for the price and location. Only complaint would be that the air conditioner did not work the greatest and there is no elevator. It was fine for us but I think the website should specify in case others are physically able to do stair. Otherwise room was nice and clean. Very nice staff 😊

Not only is this hotel economical. It is clean updated and has a good breakfast. Much cheaper than hotels around very nice.

Great stay!

Front Desk Associate was very kind and courteous. The only room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and my daughter was even offered a to-go box for her leftovers. Would definitely stay here again.
