"The hotels are look more like a motel. the bed was so old style like third country style bed, piece of wood and a mattress that was so hard. sink did not drain water well. my room was right in front of the stair to second floor and lots of noise when people going up and down. the room looks not like the picture that was on the website. "

"It snowed the night we were there and was very cold. The showers had no hot air water so that was a bummer. Great to be so close to airport and nice transport van. Front desk staff very cheery and helpful and profuse apologies about water issues. "

"Room was comfortable, good location to the airport, not so good on the staff. They only had one person doing maintenance, front desk and shuttle service. The shuttle van was just a white van with a paper sign taped to the window so you could barely see it when you’re at the airport looking for them. We called and they said they’d be there in 10-15 minutes. we had to call again and they admitted they forgot about us. Took about 30-40 minutes. This actually happened to us twice. And with having only one person at the front and also doing the shuttle, they put a sign up on their front desk says we’ll be back in 20 to 30 minutes to help you please be patient. Not good when you’re checking in and you’re tired and there’s nobody around to help you. Would not recommend! "
