"Wir hatten einen 14-tägigen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal. Man ist schnell zur Stadt gelaufen und zum Südstrand ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Fahrradtouren in alle Richtungen kann man hier gut starten. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber es fehlte an nichts. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse haben wir genossen. Zum großartigen Kochen wäre mir die Küche etwas zu eng, war aber für unsere Ansprüche OK. Für Fahrräder gibt es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit, was auch gut ist....

"Ein rundum sorgloser Urlaub. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war zügig und sehr nett. Die für die Anreise/Übergabe benötigten Daten sind schnell vorhanden und präzise. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und wunderschön. Die Aufteilung gefällt, es fehlt an nichts und man hat das Gefühl, bei Freunden persönlich eingeladen zu sein. Ein wunderbarer Balkon mit Abendsonne und die Lage des Objekts runden alles ab."

Der Vermieter ist freundlich und die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Allerdings sollten Informationen wie das WLAN Passwort und die Lage des Parkplatzes bei Ankunft ersichtlich sein (zum Beispiel auf dem laminierten Informationsblatt). Aufgrund des Alters des Hauses würde ich auch dazu raten, die Stabilität...

"Das positive wurde bereits ausreichend erwähnt, daher möchte ich folgendes zu bedenken geben: es ist wirklich klein und die Leiter zum Bett nicht für jeden was. Ich war allein und fand es für 1 Woche einfach ungemütlich. Man kann nicht nach draußen gucken, draußen sitzt man immer schattig im Innenhof. Nachts kann man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln, was mit dem Bewegungsmelder der Nachbarwohnung einfach nervig ist. Zum Glück hatte ich keinen Regen und konnte immer raus gehen. Toilette und Sofa...

Für uns persönlich waren die Betten etwas zu weich bzw. zu durchgelegen und wir hätten uns ein paar mehr Kaffeebecher und kleine Schüsseln in der Küche gewünscht. 2 Becher für 2 Personen haben aber natürlich ausgereicht. Insbesondere die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, wenn man es zum Strand und zur Promenade nah haben möchte und Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür wünscht. Trotz dessen war es übrigens überraschend leise. "
