"Clean and tidy, well located for the Tube, didn't book breakfast as chose to eat out, bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy, great shower haha. We booked here as we were doing the Berlin Half Marathon, the hotel was also involved with the organisers of the Half Marathon and failed to tell us the bar area was closed for a private function on Friday Night. All staff helpful. "

The only minor drawback was the lack of communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. Despite sending several emails requesting information, we did not receive any response.
