"Had a lovely stay. The staff promptly greeted us upon arrival and provided us with a complimentary drink which was very thoughtful. We stayed in a building separate from the main hotel and had an incredible view with a quaint balcony. Staff assisted us by bringing out luggage to the room which was very kind after a long day of traveling. Complimentary breakfast was provided and the meal was incredible. Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn Wengen, a Faern Collection Hotel

"We stayed 3 nights facing the Lauterbrunen city. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were really friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was really good with many choices, especially so many different fresh breads. It's location is also perfect. Right next to the train station at Wengen. Room and bathroom were on the smaller side but the location, view and breakfast made up for it. The hair dryer only worked for 10 seconds at a time and only the shampoo and hand soap were provided in the room. We would stay here again next time."

"This hotel and our room and their service was impeccable. So impressed with every detail of every area, including our room. Unbelievable view from our room. After 5 weeks in Europe, this hotel is at the very top. Husband and wife owners are totally committed to their guests. Wow! The included breakfast was the best ever. The food and service and view at the restaurant were also top notch."

Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Apartment with Uninterrupted Lauterbrunnen Valley Views

"You can’t go wrong with this apartment. We arrived by train and the bus station was just a short walk away. We had the Swiss travel pass but never had to show it during our 11 day stay to ride the bus. Just hop on and off. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. If you are traveling with someone who can’t climb stairs you should be aware there isn’t an elevator. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. I would describe them as medium/firm. We personally slept better on these mattresses than we do on our own at home. The washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay and laundry pods were provided. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed for the light cooking we did while we were there. Complimentary tea and coffee pods were appreciated. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Better than the pictures. We spent hours enjoying the view from the spacious deck and from inside the apartment when it was too chilly to sit outside. You can hear the cow bells as they graze nearby. This location is quiet, calm and peaceful. Diane, the owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay and while we were there. She is a kind, thoughtful and gracious host. When we needed additional bedding and towels on short notice due to a surprise visit from my daughter, Diane was able to have them delivered the following morning. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Diane’s apartment."

"We loved this place! It’s a clean rustic chalet right across from the Cable cars that go to the Schilthorn and across from a gorgeous waterfall. Just make sure you contact the property owner and get English instructions instead of in Swiss German. Most relaxing place we have stayed at the washer and dryer was a huge plus!!"

"Room was incredibly clean and staff were kind. Mountain View was beautiful. However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. Our heater didn’t work but they were kind to offer transferring to the partner hotel. Breakfast was included too which was nice. Location also was 3 min away from the cable car which came in handy- I also appreciated the grocery store being right across from the hotel."
