"A very clean and well appointed hotel. Staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful with directions, dinner reservations, and getting us transport to the train station. They happily extended our checkout time on the morning of our checkout. Very well situated."

"Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean and fresh. My room looked out onto the main road but, with the windows closed, i couldn't hear much from outside. There is air conditioning available but I did not use it as it was autumn weather. Very conveniently situated, being close to the station and the old parts of the city"

"All in all, a really good stay. Very clean hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, if a little bit small, but to be expected in a major city, the location is very convenient. I didn't want to be right in the city centre. I'm actually staying here for a meeting in Saverne. If I had to find one tiny fault, I would say the car park is a little small. I struggled to find a space when I arrived quite late yesterday, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. All in all, a good stay, good value, and I'll be booking here again for the next time I have this meeting."

"Unsatisfactory room for my friend. Had to be persistent in getting another room. The room has marks and badly soiled carpet and blood stained towels in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the restaurant was poor and the drinks at the bar where badly presented. Overall would not rate it a 4star hotel."
