"We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the sauna was great, nice watching the world go by at the same time. You can also enjoy a game of pool, table tennis, table football for free. The hotel is right beside a tram stop, with trams every few minutes, so it was quick to get to/from the centre or the main train station. Lots of cool places not too far from the hotel including Freitag Tower, Frau Gerolds Garten, Viadukt Arches, Collective Bakery and lots of others. Free mini bar in room. Suggestions for improvements would be better lighting in the bedrooms and also the addition of some USB ports would be abonus. Other than that we would definitely look to stay here if visiting Zurich again and would certainly recommend this hotel to others."

"Everything was great but if you are looking for a big room this is not the place. For one staying a night or a few it would be fine but not two people or for a longer stay. I stayed in a 1 bedroom King. Staff - Great! Facilities and Amenities - Great!"

"We loved Hotel Bristol’s breakfast and accommodations. They are close to the train, bus, and places to shop and eat. "

"The hotel is within a short distance from the airport, so it is great for stays when you fly. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The city center is 30 min by tram, so there is even time to go for some dinner or sightseeing there. Things I liked and why I returned is that on Sunday you can stay in longer. And all the drinks in the mini-fridge are at no extra charge, included in the room price."

"Very clean nice and great value since it is centrally located within walking distance to Zürich main train station. The restaurant is 24 hours open and by filling information the check in is within 2 minutes. Modern and fully renovated place with security access to each floor. Highly recommend it for business travelers. "

"We loved our stay here. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, always friendly. The location is excellent, right across the river from the old city and a short walk from the train station. The room was very clean, well appointed, with a nice shower and bathroom. Would stay here again if in Zurich."
