"Hotel is located within the Schiphol airport. We traveled from Paris by train, which dropped us at airport, where we were able to drop luggage, check in, and meet up with other family members who were joining us later in our travels. Staff very helpful, beautiful clean rooms, and location is excellent when travel by air, train, or rental car is needed. "

"Really glad that we had the opportunity for an early check in. Staff were very great and helpful. Upon entering the room, at first glance it looked good but upon deeper inspection, the carpet had many stains. The bottom of the shower did not look clean either and ran out of hand soap by the end of our stay. Walls were scuffed and appeared dirty. Shower head would not stay in position and kept turning to the side of the shower. Really disappointing especially since this was not a cheap hotel. Lastly, having to take 2 elevators to reach our room is inconvenient."

Given the severity of the issue, I do not believe the room met even basic accommodation standards. Considering the circumstances and the high price paid, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. "I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
