"I was travelling for business alone and stay in many hotels. It was clean and tidy but I expected more for the price - the room was a bit small but the shower was good(the Simpsons towel in the bathroom was an interesting touch). I needed wifi and it was really bad. The breakfast was really bad and consisted of a tomato, two slices of bread , some egg and some weird cold hamburger . Given a choice, I wouldn't choose to stay here again"

"The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining/restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were not made aware there would be no restaurant facility on the evening of the Ascension Day holiday. We were disappointed that we had two single beds when we booked a double. We were disappointed that we had to climb into a bath to use the shower - a walk-in shower is a lot safer. The standard of wall decoration in our room (Room 213) was poor with areas of the walls having been touched up with a different colour paint. The material on the bed frame adjacent the window was torn in several places. "
