"Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!! I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. "Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that."
