"Perfectly pleasant hotel. Most staff were pleasant and friendly although one staff member was a little sarcastic when I asked about a coffee. Although they were still pleasant overall. Rooms are nice and clean but the lighting in my room was too dim. At night it was very difficult to see in the bathroom at all, and the main room was quite dim too. "Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Drinks available to buy in reception including beers!! Coffee & croissants included for breakfast. Good location out of city with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Close to zoo. Underground station 5 mins walk away. Also approved Lime scooter/bike parking zone. "

"Overall a good stay, only complaint is that someone had clearly gotten sick prior to my stay and the sink side had not been cleaned properly. "

"From what I could see there are only five rooms on the third floor of the building. Most of the building are private offices and apartments I'm guessing. Unless one uses the stairs one must use an ancient elevator that is slow and difficult. The bar downstairs by the same name is not as festive as reported and the basement play area is not always open. The bars down the street are the same. "
