"Booked 2 twin rooms but one of the rooms was very small, asked to be moved and this was dealt with without fuss. We didn’t have the Swiss adapter, again, dealt with. One couple had breakfast every morning and said there was great choice and plenty of it. Air conditioning worked perfectly so room was never too hot. Perfect location for wandering the back lanes/shops-in ‘Tourist’ Basel. Tram stop a short walk down the hill. All staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again."
