"The hotel was super clean and safe. I travelled alone and I always felt comfortable. It is a bit of a trek to get to from Zurich airport if you have never been to the country before but it is easy to get to once you know how to take transport. The restaurant food was delicious. there are a few hiking trails in the area that are perfect to do if you don't want to travel too far on a certain day to get a gorgeous view"

"Our stay here was exceptional! The staff were all courteous, thoughtful and helpful. On our first night we needed a crib for our toddler so they immediately brought one up, put brand new sheets on it and gave my daughter a rubber ducky. This is only one example of the extraordinary service we received. Our room was nice and clean and the view was beautiful. We also loved to sit outside in their outdoor eating area for gelato and to see beautiful lake Zurich. My daughter loved that there was a small playground there for her. They also have a small private beach where my husband loved to go for early morning swims in the lake (he was able to ask for a beach towel at reception as it was end of May and towels were not out yet). If you walk a bit further past their beach area, there are multiple parks to see, overall very beautiful. The location of the hotel is perfect! It is located at the Küsnacht ferry stop, so just one short ride away from Zurich city center. Because of this ferry and the fact that the train station to the airport is a couple minutes walk across the street, a car was not necessary. When I am in Zurich again, I will definitely stay here again! "
