"We had a few issues when we stayed at the hotel - but in the end they were all resolved - I am sure we will visit again and hopefully have a five star stay. Looking forward to the next time."

"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. FYI, there’s a shared small fridge in the hallway."

"Had a wonderful stay here at Thun! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the station and can be accessed from the parking garage elevator. The breakfast was excellent, with a buffet selection as well as made-to-order options. Rooms were spacious and spotless though the air conditioning is not strong enough for around 30 degrees weather. Overall, a charming hotel with amazing history. Highly recommended!"

"The room is clean and nice. We like the bed, the mattress is comfortable with high-tech materials. It’s in the center of the old town, which is convenient to tour, dining, and shopping. The hotel reception is very nice and helpful."
