"Great place to base your stay from in the Interlaken area. Beautiful setting. Room was clean and comfortable. Be aware that there is no air conditioning as is the case with many European hotels. Open window and fan worked well. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of dishes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and convenient. We will definitely visit this hotel for future trips."

"This hotel was very unique! We really enjoyed. Hotel is convenient to the old town area. We enjoyed breakie and a night cap. Note that there is an elevator from the Main Street. We walked the stairs multiple times before realizing this lol."

"Amazing 4 night stay. Location fantastic. Hotel room with a view over the mountains, amazing. Food first class, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and couldn’t fault anything. Cheese fondue on our last evening on the terrace a real treat. Staff friendly, helpful. Only comment would be, but cheeky to charge extra for an omelette for breakfast and our car wasn’t outside at 8am despite as requesting the night before. We had to wait around 30 mins. Other than those two comments, would highly recommend staying!"

"Perfect breakfast unless want bacon eggs as none. Personable staff. Free parking but be aware of it being under renovation and if hot outside demand a fan. Ac very bad. Great price too but 4 of 5 overall."

"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."
