"Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen zum Skifahren in Achenkirch. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Die Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche und der Service ausgezeichnet. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sauber und mit zwei fnnischen, einer Dampfsauna und Infrarotkabinen ausgestattet. Das Schwimmbad ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber völlig ausreichend und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Man fühlt sich sofort im ganzen Haus wohl. "Staff, food and facilities all excellent. The staff could not have done more to help or to make us feel welcome. Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Minor point is the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities or mini bar which is a little annoying if you like a morning cuppa. Views are spectacular and perfect location for the Hintertux glacier and lift system."

When the owners were called to address the situation, they became indignant to the point of being unwelcoming - a very curious position given that they are hosts and were in the wrong in this case! By the time they had apologized, I had decided to move to another location."
