Der perfekte Ort für Erholung pur

Die Villa de Witt ist der perfekte Ort für einen perfekten Urlaub in Ostfriesland. Das liebevoll und so stilvoll renovierte Haus überrascht mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und ist zugleich so praktisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Harmonie zwischen Nostalgie und modernem Komfort ist perfekt gelungen. Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten genossen, moderne TV Geräte, die mit dem Internet verbunden sind und somit Mediathekzugriff haben sind toll, wenn man abends den vorhandenen Grill nutzt und dann vielleicht erst später einen Film zeitversetzt im TV schauen mag. Küche und Elektrogeräte sind top, die Bäder eine Traum, Waschmaschine super. Gute Betten runden alles ab und Erholung ist garantiert. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern über die FeWo App ist vorbildlich - jede Frage von uns wurde superschnell, hilfreich und freundlich beantwortet - perfekt. Da kommt man gerne wieder und wir sprechen eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung aus.

T O P !!!

1Die Villa de Witt ist ein Erholungsplätzchen der besonderen Art. Wir waren, trotz der ausführlichen Vorabinformationen positiv überrascht, da das Feriendomizil unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Einzig das Grundstück war nicht komplett geschlossen, sodass unser Hund, der sich im übrigen auch sofort heimisch gefühlt hat, nicht ohne Leine laufen konnte. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage zum erholen vom Alltagsstress. Die gewünschten Reiseziele waren durch relativ kurze Autofahrten zu erreichen. Über Ostfriesland als Erholungsgebiet braucht man, glauben wir keine zusätzlichen Worte vergeuden. Meer da, Meer weg! Alles so wie wir das schon von früher her kennen. Ausstattung des Hauses genau wie beschrieben. Einzig eine Mikrowelle haben wir vermisst, aber das kann man ja vernachlässigen. Fazit : Alles top!

Ganz tolles Haus

Die Villa ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben das Haus als Basiscamp genommen, um von dort aus täglich eine andere Insel zu besuchen. Es war jedesmal eine Freude abends „nach Hause“ zu kommen. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund gereist, der sich auch pudelwohl gefühlt hat ;-).

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir hatten viel Platz. Die Lage ist ok, 3 Minuten zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft und ca. 20 Minuten zur Nordsee. Um die Ecke ist ein weitläufiger Spielplatz. Gefehlt hat uns eine Mikrowelle. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Mit besten Grüßen

Wir haben hier mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Hund eine tolle Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus ist detailreich und liebevoll eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung haben die Vermieter an alles gedacht. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Ostfriesland zu erkunden. Durch die ländliche Umgebung war es auch mit Hund optimal. Die Ortsdurchfahrtsstraße ist nicht übermäßig stark befahren, etwas Verkehrslärm hört man aber schon gelegentlich. Wir können die Villa de Witt ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, großes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Ausstattung stimmig und im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Häusern sehr umfangreich. Mit dem Auto ist in 10 Minuten die Nordsee zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort.

Schöner 3 Generationen Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Betten sind super bequem und es lässt sich gut schlafen. Lüften war dank Insenktenschutz möglich ohne die Wohnung voller Insekten zu haben. Auch die Umlage war sehr gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu erreichen und auch zu diversen Ausflugszielen kam man mit dem Auto gut hin. Die Mappe über die örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Als kleine Anregung, da wir mit einem Kleinkind gereist sind, wäre ein Treppengitter zum Unfallschutz wünschenswert. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt: Alles top!

Sehr schönes, komfortables und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus - bei schlechtem Wetter verbringt man gerne längere Zeit im Haus. Zudem stehen reichlich Informationen zur Umgebung und Ostfriesland bereit. Küche/Waschküche sind zudem hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Alles top!

Super Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Mischung aus Moderne und Antike war toll gewählt. Leider war keine Mikrowelle vorhanden, das „fehlt“ der Wohnung noch, da ein Aufwärmen von Speisen sonst sehr schwierig ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt ansonsten sehr genossen

Modern restaurierte Villa

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (9) tolle 10 Tage in der Villa de Witt verbracht. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und in einen sehr guten gepflegten Zustand. Die Betten sind bequem, Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zwei Punkte gibt es anzumerken. Zu einen muß man sich bewusst sein, das das Haus direkt an einer nicht gerade wenig befahreren Durchgangsstrasse liegt. Das merkt man besonders im an sich schönen Garten. Und zum anderen gibt es kein klassisches Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch wo man gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann. Im Prinzip ist das Wohnzimmer ein zweites Esszimmer. Der dritte Punkt, die recht zahlreichen Insekten im Haus, wird laut Auskunft der Vermieter gerade durch das Anbringen von Fliegengittern behoben. Zur Küste und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Ein Besuch des Bioland Hofs Sonnenschein mit Führung können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Und wir haben das beste Eis bei Frieseneis in Norddeich gegessen!
