"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to central Philadelphia, in a nice, working class neighbourhood. It is on a busy side street, but it was quiet at night. This is a nicely renovated old town home, with good amenities. We really liked the full kitchen, with a full fridge. We would stay there again."

"Great place to stay for one night! Property is behind host’s home (as is the street parking) and is like a large studio apartment but without a kitchen. Bathroom is large and has a composting toilet. Communication was excellent and check in process was super easy."

"This is a cute home in a great area with available parking. However, there were huge lint balls near the drier. The blinds in the bedroom were severely broken and looked like the result of a frat party. A lamp shade was missing and something was melted onto the light bulb; looked gross. The hand towel holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom. The kitchen blinds were also broken. Upon entry there are spots on the ceiling where work was done. This could be the bell of the ball in rentals...

"Beautifully prepared property! Suggest including instructions on adjusting the thermostat and omit section on keys & charges for missing keys since it has a convenient digital keyless entry. Addition of hairdryer would also be helpful."

"The outside of the building is a bit shabby but the inside is beautifully renovated. We stayed in a king bed studio but there are 2 other two bedroom apartments for rent in the same building. Quiet street. Easy walk to restaurants on Main Street. Added feature is the deck which faces west over the river - beautiful sunsets."

"Super cute property, very quiet. Loved that we booked a 3 bedroom not knowing it was 2 different apartments! Having 2 single people and one couple worked perfectly! Single people took the upstairs 2 bedroom while my husband and i got the one bedroom downstairs. We only stayed one night but will definitely be booking again for our next trip to philly! Very clean and smelled amazing! Beds in 2 bedroom were super comfy downstairs apartment could use a different mattress but we slept like babies as...
