"Having the option to heat water in the room is always a plus. It would be an improvement to offer this amenity. Parking garage available, direct to hotel made it easy to access. Clean, spacious room. A top rated restaurant next to hotel. Walkable to all the sights, including the museums."

"Really fantastic hotel. Everything felt brand new, very clean. We liked the geological theme of the hotel to symbolise the history of the area. The bed was very comfortable and had a great night’s sleep. We appreciated the water fountain to refill bottles. There’s a huge supermarket below the hotel which has a lovely bakery. Easy parking, lots of spaces. Would definitely stay again."

"For me this hotel was perfect. In a very nice quiet location with easy parking. The rooms are really excellent, very clean and very comfortable. The staff we encountered were all so friendly and helpful and you could really tell they wanted you to be there. Breakfast was superb with so much choice and really fresh. The on-site restaurant has a large (I mean large!) beer garden with really comfortable seating. The food was really good with a varied menu with plenty of local dishes to choose from and it also had a great atmosphere. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel. Lastly, I would like to add a special mention to the French guy Schu(?) from Strasbourg who looked after us at Dinner, I am not sure if I spelt it correctly, but he is a credit to the hotel and I hope the management appreciate having him on the team."

"The room was clean and well presented, everything was as it should be and worked properly. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The check in system was well organised and straight forward. The evening meal in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.... nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff who were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. I would be happy to use the hotel if in the area again, I consider the experience positive and very reasonably priced."
