"Denisa was a wonderful receptionist, so helpful and caring. Hotel is clean, only thing we did not like at the restaurant was for dinner we were served meatballs which we did not ask for and we really couldn't eat since my daughter does not eat meat, but we still got charged for it. "We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. I also have a couple suggestions to make the room even better:
-Provide a properly functioning coffee machine (Ours only produced 1-2 tablespoons of coffee. Maybe it needed to be decalcified.)
- Place a mirror and trash bin in each bedroom"
"The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "
