Rental rules
Minimum stay 5 nights; 7 nights from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26 (from 18/07/26 to 22/08/26 arrival day Saturday) and from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 1.50 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 7 nights.
Pets not allowed.
