"Greatest host! Wants you to feel comfortable and he is welcoming, with much attentive to details. Great location, super feeling of safety but within the fun parts of the city. Museums, Carytown, restaurants all so accessible. He's there if you need anything but not intrusive at all. Don't be worried about the parking...you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. I would definitely want to stay there again.."

"Great location and neighborhood. The street is nice and quiet. We like sitting outside whenever possible and the front porch was great for two people. Having a designated parking spot was very handy as we were in and out frequently. The indoor space was great as well, we felt very much at home. Due to a change in circumstances, we booked two extra nights. Great communication with Jason!"

"Mei was amazing to interact with. Communication couldn't have been better!! Perfect location to access all the fun places in The Fan and walkable to the museums. The studio is the same size as a hotel room, without all the noise of a hotel. It's on the third floor and there's no elevator. Great front porch to sit on and enjoy an evening cocktail or morning coffee. Plenty of shaded street parking, plus there's a parking lot at the back of the building. If you need the thermostat adjusted, you need to contact the property manager. She responded quickly to my request. This is definitely on my Richmond favorites list for my next visit."

"The studio is on the third floor with steep and narrow stairway! Not sure if that is in the listing. I was not aware until my reservation was confirmed and I read the check in instructions. The location is fabulous! And, the studio was comfortable with the exception of not being able to control the temperature. In check in instructions , i was told to text owner and that WOULD BE adjusted. It never was below 72. I found the fan that was suggested in the listing… It needs to be cleaned or replaced!! I asked for thermostat to be adjusted. It was acknowledged and nothing changed . No hot water in kitchen sink. .. Plenty in the bathroom. I was grateful to have this place to stay for a couple nights . It was near our party destination and dog friendly"
