"The front desk staff were so amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. I am a lifetime platinum at marriott so i normally only stay at marriott. Chamonix didnt have a marriott so stayed here. Staff more professional than any other marriots in france and even better upgrades than any other marriotts. It was a one day sty, wish i stayed longer. "Excellent stay in Chamonix for our 5 day ski trip. Loved the thoughtful touches such as free coffee, hot chocolate, and water refills. Helpful staff, spotless spa, and very attentive room cleaning and service. Only a short walk to the Sud bus station for ski buses and the Geneva airport bus"

"What a gem! This hotel was awesome - the staff were wonderfully lovely, they had an excellent restaurant and the rooms were cozy and had everything you needed. The hotel is off of the main strip but accessible easily by train (train station is a 5-7 minute walk) and they also have a shuttle that you can reserve during the day. We loved it and would happily come back again. "
