"There was a mix up between the website and the lodge. Check in is 4pm on wards. Checkout is 9.30 not 11am. No full breakfast only self service breakfast and access to some items. Location is beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Gareth is lovely and friendly and helpful. Room was the small room but perfect for what we needed. We had a lovely staff. Explained to Gareth the mix up with hotels.com and said worth checking the details. "

"Booked again since we were overly impressed when we stayed here last year. Proprietors are ever so polite, friendly and accommodating. Full Scottish breakfast with cereals, yoghurts, toast, fruit, tea and coffee in abundance. "We stayed here for 2 nights on BB basis. Alll staff are excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable with views across Tay Bridge and Quayside. Enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, not overly busy. Showers are lovely and clean and have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was lovely however was slightly disappointed with the waffles, wasn’t fresh and saturated in too much maple syrup. Stayed at Apex in Glasgow and the waffles were freshly made and crispy so was expecting same. "
