"Excellent location, very close to central train station and lots of delicious food options nearby, especially given proximity to Chinatown. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room had several cockroaches. We notified reception and asked if the roaches we had trapped under several glasses could be taken care of and the room sprayed. When we came back later, only one had been removed and in the meantime, more were noted elsewhere. Ultimately, they offered us another room, which was clean and roach...
"Absolutely fantastic location. Right on Darling Harbor. The views are great. The apartment was spacious, but dated and furnishings/carpet were a good bit worn. The bed was very comfy. No issues there. If you are a light sleeper, the activity and loud vehicles, especially on weekends will keep you up all night. That's the price you pay for being in the middle of all of the action."
"The location is good, but the beds and pillows smell bad and are not comfortable at all. The carpet is old and looks dirty too. The apartment itself looks very old. You can hear noise from everywhere, and it's noisy; we couldn't sleep peacefully."
