"I stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of my trip, and this hotel was the best, bar none. The staff was really friendly, particularly Tony who allowed me to return to my room after I had checked out to retrieve a jacket. The room was spacious, clean, and contained a fireplace. There was a smart tv which allowed me to access Youtube. There were other conveniences like a fridge and microwave. There was also complimentary breakfast served. Moreover, there was a huge garden on the grounds which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel."

"The elevator was broken so we had to carry suitcase down stairs. Thankfully, the staircase was short and the lobby was on the 2nd floor so all guests needed to go up or down a max of 1 short flight. Stuff happens and the staff was working to resolve. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. Typical hotel breakfast with variety."
