Best place to stay ever. I would love this place as my permanent home. The place is beautiful inside and out, plenty of space for any size family with a bedroom and bath off for personal space. Had such a great time and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended
This was a guys fishing trip, there were a total of 5 men. Very nice place, with plenty of room, and great covered boat parking. Love the place and will be back!!
We had a very relaxing stay in Scottsboro. Cabin was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the evening grilling out and smores at the fire pit. Everyone enjoyed our space. Only one issue the down step bedroom AC was fine but needed a fan to circulate air. It did have a damp feeling but with fan it made it better. We slept cool and fine! We would definitely stay here in the future. Parking for boat was also outstanding.
This was a great place! The cabin wasn't too far from the boat ramp which made it super convenient. There were plenty of beds for all of the family members to spread out. There was plenty of parking for the family and boat. I loved the layout of the cabin. It was super cute. The online pictures don't do it justice. I would love to stay here again when we come back to Lake Guntersville. Thanks for a great trip.
The cabin was clean, spacious, had a great sized kitchen to cook, three grills outside to choose from to cook out, comfortable beds, no bugs, and quite a fishing ambience. My wife and I,as well as our doggies, really enjoyed the getaway. My wife an I really liked spending the evening as it got dark sitting on the front porch together, talking and watching the fireflys. I was so peaceful and pleasant out there and we look forward to booking again when we stay in the Guntersville area.
The cabin was very roomy and clean, and we did enjoy our stay. However, there were a few concerns. Although, the cabin was located conveniently to Hwy. 79 and to Lake Guntersville, we didn't really care for the neighborhood it was located in. There were a few minor issues in the cabin, such as the larger burner on the stove didn't work, and the cookware could use some updating. I did notice the top bunks did not have mattress on them, although we didn't need them.

Cleanliness and beds arangement
There was a lot of dust behind the furniture, dish drainer was dirty as well as the fan. The bedroom with 2 lower bunks is usely for 2 adults need to remove them and put another queen bed in there. That room was the dirtiest room and had a bad odor. I would not have slept on those beds, they did not look clean. The new part was nice. Location is quiet, but alittle far from other activities and restaurants. Fix those things and Iwould stay there again.
We enjoyed our 4-night stay at the cabin. The leather couch and seat with ottoman in the living room area were very comfortable. The dining table was perfect for the 4 of us for board games and eating. The beds were comfortable. The cabin had a cozy feel about it, and it was just right for our party of four. I talked to our host on the ride to the cabin, and he was very friendly. (I still wish they would send the access info in advance., though. I don't like having to request access info the day of or to be driving without information on getting into the house.)
I didn't catch this from the pictures, but the bedrooms don't have closets or dressers. They put extra beds where the storage would go. Just FYI. We put our suitcases on one of the beds. If someone was using both of the beds, it would be a lot trickier.
Our bathroom (which is the private one) did not have any bath towel bars or hooks. (There was a bar for a hand towel.) The bathroom really needs some towel bars or four double hooks on the door and wall. Also, there was no little trash can for the bathroom. My wife hung a Walmart bag on the door handle. This is minor, but the only other place I've been with no place to put a towel is state park campground showers. :-)
Our bedroom could also have used some hooks. There was a bar where some hangars could fit, but there weren't any there to use.
This cabin is very clean and is a great location. We were helping a friend with a wedding, and this cabin was minutes from the location. I would highly recommend.
