Newly remodeled & completely furnished above garage apartment features a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, and dedicated workspace. With a spacious feel, this studio sleeps up to 4 guests. Relax in the cozy queen bed or the sofa that converts to a full-size bed. A queen-size air mattress is also available on request.

The private driveway provides space for truck & boat parking with power hookups for overnight boat charging.
