Good Little B&B

Cheap & Cheerful stay, close to the high street. Exterior looks aren't great but you don't stay outside do you, the room was modern, nice & clean. Free Breakfast in the morning as well.

Clean B &B witb good breakfast

The location was closeby where we where at an event but the B&B was in need of an upgrade, having said that the room was warm, large, clean and the beds where comfortable. Breakfast was good too witb lots of choice.

Good stay for a reasonable price.

Room was clean & comfortable & was ideal for a nights stay. When we booked breakfast was included but on arrival we found out due to renovation there would be no breakfast but it didn’t impact the stay too much.

Had to stay somewhere local with my 9 year old grandson due to my home havent no heating or hot water was desperately cold Saturday and needed a shower or bath to be ready for school Monday on benefits so had to be as cheap as possible. Cosgrove was perfect ticked all our requirements

Cosgrove B&B

I booked 6 rooms for an extended golf weekend several months ago, after reading several reviews about how bad the hotel was I was shocked by how the reviews were so wrong, the rooms were clean, all the rooms had a fridge, some had a micro wave 1 even had a full functioning kitchen. The breakfast room was being refurbished so there was no breakfast but that was no problem. For £40 per room per night this hotel is well worth 5 stars. All the rooms also had on-suite, which was a added extra. The hotel also had free parking off road, if you're looking for a no frills overnight stay you can't go wrong here

Unwashed bedding from the last people to stay in that room and I got a load of bites all down my left side and I got them checked out by a doctor and he said that it was bed bug’s really disgusting

No staff on site, door on bedroom would not lock, no option to move to another room. Felt VERY unsafe here. NOT worth it at all!!!! Room dirty - we have pictures and videos of the absolute filth. Disgusting that this is even listed as a place to stay!!!!!

The property was very rundown. The cleaning was minimal. Apart from the lady I met when I arrived I saw no one after that. The breakfast room was laid and a menu provided but no one came to cook and serve a meal. Both Sundays I was there the heating and hot water went off and it was very cold overnight. There were facilities for self catering which was useful but not particularly clean. Overall I was sorry I had booked such a long stay and was very glad to move on.

Despite conformations on Expedia no rooms avail available the property was not managed correctly and is in disrepair there is no person on the desk to meet you you have to telephone and then someone will turn up nobody bothered to turn up Benchley banging on the door which we gained access for a couple who never said who they were I tried saying that the property has just been refurbished if that was refurbished

Didnt even get to stay. Booked online and arrived at 9 pm had to ring all numbers given and provided and no o e let us in so had to book elsewhere and others waited too with us. But rang and he was rude and just told us to get refund. That was next day after paying for somewhere else. He shouldnt have a buisness. Prople like that shouldnt deal with customers . Disgusting treatment. Avoid at all costs

Under rated.

Had a 1 min wait to be let in, the hotel is having a complete refurbishment but the rooms were excellent. The dining area and hall ways are being redecorated and its work in progress, so there's no breakfast. I booked 6 rooms for our group for an overnight stay they were all twin rooms 1 even had its own kitchen area with a double and single bed. All the rooms were on-suite, all came with a small fridge and some even had a micro wave. The rooms were clean and well maintained with ample power sockets with USB connections. the only draw back was the windows opened fully (we were down stairs) so opened very wide and the blinds let in the light. The shower had good heat adjust-ability and was clean. There's no free shampoo or gels. There is Tea and Coffee. For the price we paid this is an excellent budget hotel and can only get better. The Wifi was good and worked well. Well worth a visist for business or overnight stays. It also comes with off street parking for about 8 cars.

Beautifully appointed rooms with lots of charging points. Great little fridge as well. Attractive blinds on windows but could have benefitted from blackout curtains or heavier curtains as area is quite loud
