"Loved it here. Easy to find & park. Very short jaunt straight back to the ocean edge and a beautiful view, or down a bit to the left and then onto the beach. The room was huge and very nice, very clean. The bed sheets were amazing, so soft. The only thing awkward was that there was a sign about conserving water, and the sink had VERY little water running to wash hands or brush teeth. Luckily the shower was great & not like that. "

"Rooms have been updated since the last time we stayed here. Beds are very firm and they only give 1 towel per person which is really odd. Staff was helpful and kind. Very basic hotel. We did have some steal from our bikes that were on racks on our car parked. Be sure to not leave anything outside. Overall, not a bad hotel just very basic."

"It's important to note that to check in and to get any extra coffee, pillows, help with anything at all you have to go about a mile up the hill. The hotel/restaurant is under construction (supposed to be 9-5 hrs) but there are extremely loud noises 6am to very late into the evening. The restaurant is way overpriced and not good service, although good view. I recommend casa de la sol across the street for excellent food, good prices and better service. Other than the bowling balls hitting the ceiling at 6am the beds are ok and the location is ideal. Save time of money not eating at the restaurant and getting extremely small portions and ignored."

"Room was clean, need was VERY comfortable! I was a solo traveler and felt safe at this hotel. Convenient location as well. I would definitely stay here again...especially as comfortable as the bed was. I stayed for 5 nights, so that was critical for me."

"We got to studio 9 after a terrible experience from another motel down the street. The other motel was disgusting and i demanded my money back. We went about a half mile down the road and fou d Studio 9. The receptionist was very kind. And even let us check out the room before we booked (given our last experience). The rooms were clean, little dated, but overall not bad for the price we paid. There arent any amenities but close enought to town to walk to all the shopping and such. I would stay again. "
