"I was pleased with this property and did a return visit to this property during my stay in South Africa. It is clean and comfortable and close to SeaPoint beach. The area at night, however, was quite sketchy but overall ok. Mojo Market is right across the street and has a wide array of food options. The units are set up like a suite with a stove and balcony so that was a plus. The bathroom was a bit small but the rest of the unit was very spacious and the bed was very spacious."

"The location was great. Had a partial ocean view and place was located in a quite area. Less than 1/2 block to ocean. The apartment was huge and had everything including a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful. About 2 1/2 blocks to where restaurants are."

"Nice hotel with ocean view , conveniently located in front of a tourist bus stop… windows definitely need sound proof as the street is very noisy plus the wind coming from the beach Breakfast buffet was ok , not so many options Spa is amazing! Staff is very friendly "

"I had a pleasant stay, my room was clean and well serviced. The location was good for local beaches, restaurants and centres. The guesthouse a little quirky but security was good, although i found the external blinds unusual... Thanks for the stay, oh and the Scrambled Egg. 😊 "

"I booked a standard duplex and did not know that this means the view is down the busy main road in Sea Point so cannot open the sliding doors or windows due to noise. The duplex was on the 4th floor. I then realised as a Gold member I could have been offered a free upgrade. After chatting to the friendly reception staff and the manager on duty we reached a win-win situation, I just paid in a little bit to get a super upgrade to a penthouse duplex suite on the 5th floor!!! "The staff were the stars of this hotel, they were so friendly and helpful, nothing we asked was an effort. Service with a smile made us feel so welcome! Breakfast was amazing, best of the 6 hotels we stayed at on this trip which included Ritz-Carlton! Well done guys! "
