The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. Great views from the Pool Deck and walking into Town Centre was very easy - nice vibe around the hotel with elegant artwork in abundance and staff were exceptionally friendly"
