"Excellent stay and an amazing island. The place is simple but full of charm. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the main house, complete with its own outdoor bathroom. Fabrico was lovely met us at the pier and gave us info on the beaches etc. The breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend spending a night on the island, once all the day tours leave, it becomes wonderfully calm and relaxing, with stunning sunsets. This was my favorite of the two lodges I tried on the island, and I will definitely be back."

"The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets. The staff was just awesome. The check in attendance carried our luggage up the stairs (there are NO elevators). He explained where the dinner area was and what was in walking distance. The check out staff was very, very helpful. Luis was the only fluent English speaking person and he went overboard in assisting us, made us feel like family. He brought our luggage down, translated for us with the transportation guy, and made sure we had breakfast. He had the staff mail some postcards for me. He, Eidily and Brandon stayed with us until our transportation came and waved goodbye, just like we were family. I would definitely stay there again. If you want a quaint, clean newly renovated place to stay, Soficu Eden Dominicus is the place to stay."
