Gate Pass Fees: The Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) requires a $45 fee per vehicle for gate passes, applicable for stays of 1–179 nights. For stays longer than 179 nights, different charges apply..

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards: This property includes access to Seabrook Island Club amenities, such as the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest restaurant (seasonal), Island House dining, and golf/tennis facilities (additional fees may apply for activities). Guests can also enjoy the Lake House outdoor pool at no cost, while indoor pool and fitness center access requires additional fees. Amenity cards can be arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policies
General Stays:
Cancel 30+ days before arrival: Refund minus $250 cancellation fee.
Cancel within 30 days: No refund unless rebooked, then refunded based on the rebooking rate minus the $250 cancellation fee.

Monthly Winter Stays:
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Refund minus $250 cancellation fee.
Cancel within 60 days: No refund unless rebooked, then refunded based on the rebooking rate minus the $250 cancellation fee.
