"Our stay was perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet. I loved the screened in porch with a view of the serene marsh. The neighborhood was very quiet and well manicured. Any questions I had, Susan was right on it. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and look forward to booking again in the future. "Steps to the ocean, beautiful sunset view, comfortable bed, quiet and relaxing. I stayed for five days and I do think some things needed to be updated the condo itself was comfortable and the surroundings serene. Will definitely go back and rent this condo again. Really enjoyed the beach as it was steps away going down the back staircase I was able to clean off chairs and feet on the boardwalk too. This is the view from the balcony of the sunset. Beautiful view! "

"Exactly as expected! This was our third time as a family (husband plus two teens) visiting Seabrook and this was probably our best rental. We always stay in the same area off the south side of Seabrook Island Rd where we can appreciate the marsh views, and this time did not disappoint. The condo was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was large and modern. The family room and adjacent sun room gave us plenty of options for lounging. We brought extra toilet paper and paper towels as we usually need both, and we never had to touch them as the condo was well supplied. We did have to bring our own beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, so be prepared for that. For the first time we also brought our dog. The back door leading to a private area was perfect for letting her out. For those visiting Seabrook for the first time we recommend parking at access point 2 as this is the best stretch of beach. If your kids are younger you can easily walk to the equestrian center and feed carrots to the horses. The public crab dock--bring a net and bait--is also fun (we did not try out the private crab dock by the villa). And the pool for this complex was large and usually quite empty, even on the hottest days. We never have any need to purchase the island amenity cards with so much to do for free."

"My husband and I spent a week here for our anniversary and can't wait to visit again! Check in was smooth and great directions were provided to find the gated community. The house was clean and stocked for everything we needed including beach towels and chairs! Bed was comfy with plenty of extra bedding. Beautiful views of the marsh and we loved having access to the neighborhood beach to catch the sunset. This is our favorite vrbo stay yet.
