Offering both a golf and lagoon view, this spacious, single-level retreat is the perfect home away from home. If you're planning on saving some money by cooking at home during your stay, this villa features a well-equipped, full kitchen. The high-capacity washer and dryer is an unbeatable convenience you'll find here. You and your pups will love the secluded backyard area and spacious sunporch. This room also includes a pub-height table for two, a desk and chair great for remote work or schooling, and a child-size activity table. The bedroom furniture and mattresses were purchased in 2020 and have new pillows and covers.

A Seabrook Island Amenity card is available for $30 per day, which gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have separate additional fees associated with them, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center, and the indoor pool. For shopping and dining options, don't miss Freshfields Village, less than five miles north. And just 23 miles away, discover downtown Charleston for historic sites, restaurants, and unique shops.

Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Club facilities include restaurants, outdoor pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more. Some activities have additional fees. Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.
