When you enter the home, you are greeted by beautiful pickled, hardwood flooring and a stately living room sitting area. The dining area is well appointed and located between the kitchen and the den with super cozy comfortable seating and a large HDTV with Comcast cable channels. Off the other side of the living room is a third gathering area, the sunroom. This is a super fun, bright room with HDTV, gaming table, and access to the outer decks. There are multiple flat screen TVs and quality internet. The stacked washer/dryer is located off the kitchen for guest convenience.

2717 Seabrook Island Rd comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with high quality linens and private bath bathrooms. The spacious master suite is on the main level with a comfortable king bed, wall mounted HDTV, sitting area, vanity sink and separate bath with additional vanity for convenience.
