"We visit Fripp annually and this is perfectly located near the pickle ball courts opposite the sand bar, quaint shops. We got to enjoy the beach, had good weather, enjoyed the 4th July golf cart parade and visiting the talented art vendors. We had a lovely time!"

"Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean"

"This condo is such a short walk to the beach that it makes it easy to pop down for a stroll any time of day. We loved the view off the back and caught sight of a few alligators."

"The properties were well kept and not to far from the main stops on the island. The beach was nice although not necessarily for swimming but great sight seeing. "

"We really had everything we needed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a few simple meals. Tv was an issue upon arrival but once we figured that the hdmi was hooked up wrong we were fine. My only complaint would be that there was no property information aside from the list of rules with the associated fines for breaking said rules. I would have appreciated a map of the property. Many places we’ve stayed also have information...
