"No AC in room. Asked to have a fan or maintenance check it, after maintenance came and adjusted something in the ceiling still no resolve. Spent three nights sleeping outside of my sheets basically naked, great way to spend a birthday weekend. Getting ready to go out to my planned events felt like a trip to the gym by the time I would be finished getting dressed, drenched in sweat. "

"We stayed two nights 1.) first night we asked for extra towels they never got delivered. 2.) we got to our room and the key didn’t work because the guy that issued our key cards only set us up for one night!!! 3.) We requested extra creamer for Coffee also did not arrive! "

"I have visited twice, my family and I love it here! We stayed during Spring Break and the staff was great. Had breakfast at the Media, enjoyed the pool all weekend. There was some confusion on the pool hours, at check in we were told the pool closes at 7pm, bar staff said 8pm. It was learned that the lazy river and kiddie section close at 7pm, the heated pool lounge area stay open till 10pm. Will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend, family oriented, clean and great staff."
