"We booked this location as it was out of the GTA and we wanted to have a girls weekend. The accommodations will fit about 7-8 with a bunk bed, king Bed, queen bed, and a precarious futon that COULD fit 2 people if neither try to get out of it. There wasn’t any mention of a bbq however they did have 2, but neither had propane as the containers were left open with the bbq grill lines on. The oven inside also has a can of oven cleaner in it, a fact we found after having preheated the oven to 400...

"The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had everything you need. It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear. This made made check in and check out easy, and our stay great. I Highly recommend."

"This property was wonderful space for our winter family weekend. Driveway was cleared of snow and sidewalk salted for arrival, clean and cozy stocked kitchen, large storage closet, close enough to Lakeridge ski hill to hear the skiers laughing! We had space to hike around and toboggan with our pet dog. Peter provided privacy and attentiveness always responding to messages promptly. "

"Pond was not a lake like listing. 4 bedrooms no tvs. Furnace room extremely loud in basement where 2 bedrooms were located. Amenities were lacking volleyball, badminton rackets, horseshoes. 6 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people within 3 nights. "
