"Location was great! Beautiful view from living areas!! Cross the street then 44 stairs and BEAUTIFUL beach/ocean right there. Management and owner very communicative. Even mailed a few things to property mgmt which were at the house on arrival; thank you Julia! Kitchen is stocked to the hilt. Plenty of everything. 13 adults, 5 children. Everyone had their own space, with a good layout which is always a challenge for our group. "

"Excellent property!!! This house was just perfect! We came with 8 adults and 2 children under 2. They had high chairs, pack and plays and a whole kids playroom stocked with great toys! Kitchen was well stocked and top of the line appliances. The living area had plenty of seating. Every bedroom had a bathroom and the beds were great! The deck had the most beautiful view and there was easy access to the beach. The host responded immediately to anything we needed! We would highly recommend this incredible house!!!"

The private beach was new to us, so I think the specifics about what to expect with that should be clearly stated, but we made it work. The house was ideal for a family getaway. Quiet neighborhood, 1 minute walk to the beach, comfortable home, and responsive host. Thank you for sharing Olive Tree with us, it was such a delight."

"Our stay on 30A was very pleasant! Paige’s home was beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Most essentials were well stocked, and the location was fantastic—a short walk to the beach with plenty of chairs available for use.The main shower was a little tricky to figure out at first—some quick instructions on adjusting the temperature and water flow would have been helpful. Paige was very responsive and answered our questions quickly, which we appreciated.Although a beach shade was mentioned by Paige, we weren’t able to locate it during our stay. Additionally, I would have loved a few personal recommendations for restaurants, shops, and local activities. A printed welcome booklet with helpful info—like house instructions, local spots to eat, and nearby things to do—would make a great addition for future guests.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely give it a 5-star rating. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
