Take a peaceful walk around Seahouses fishing harbour 1 mile away before hopping aboard a boat trip out to the nearby Farne Islands – the most famous seabird sanctuary in the British Isles, home to a plethora of wildlife including a large colony of grey seals and puffins. Explore the horseshoe-shaped crescent of golden sand at Beadnell Bay 3 miles away, with ideal conditions for kitesurfing, kayaking, windsurfing and wakeboarding. Discover one of the country’s finest coastal fortresses and take a walk through thousands of years of history at Bamburgh Castle, 3.5 miles away.

Extending along the full length of the property, the second floor comprises a second lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, and a games room complete with a pool table, both benefiting from Velux windows perfectly positioned on the characterful sloping ceiling.


    The bi-fold doors from the orangery open out onto a sheltered patio garden, enclosed by wooden fencing and landscaped hedging, providing the perfect private spot to dine alfresco or stargaze long into the evening. A delightful first-floor balcony provides the best-elevated spot to admire the surroundings and views of the sea in the distance.
