"We stayed here for one night, and never again! On the surface the hotel looks clean and modern. However, don't expect a good night's sleep. We had an air conditioning machine humming for most of the night which meant I could not sleep. The reception team said they couldn't move us as the other rooms had the same noise, which was apparently the water purifier and was only going to be noisy during 3-4am. This noise was continuous from 2am until 5:30! So clearly they tell you anything to fob you off. I spoke to the "manager" in the morning and asked about he refund. He agreed this was warranted and asked me to email the owner. Not heard anything back from them so will have to do a chargeback if I want to see any of my money back. Please don't waste your money staying here."

"Lovely spacious family room , tv in both rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities. Good location 10 minute walk to adventure island. Parking outside £8 for the day."

"Loved the location close to seafront shops and amenities. Bedrooms good size all perfectly comfortable, the living/dining area is a bit snug especially with 4 children. "
