"Reserved an ocean view room and got partial view. The pool and hot tub were down upon arrival and my disabled husband was miserable due to not being able to get any relief in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this location. The bathtub in our room didn’t girls water. The staff was amazing. The fact that we paid full price for a hotel and could not access or use all the amenities that we paid for is disappointing and a waste of money. We will not be staying at this location again. "

"We loved our stay there, so I gave 5 stars! They are one of the best value stays in the area, and our dog enjoyed it as well (the dog fee is paid at check in, not through Expedia). The beach is close enough to walk to if you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk. FYI, there is no AC, but a fan was available in the room."

"The view of the beach in the location of the property were excellent. The property needs some TLC and shows signs of wear and tear. Hot water for bathing is far from hot. The kitchen was well provisioned for cooking."
