The guy who checked us in was very nice. We had a great stay here. It was very clean and quiet, we had a regular room and it was just fine for our overnight !!

Great for the price!

We stayed for three nights and loved it. Directly on the boardwalk/beach. Free parking. We could walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly (for a fee). If you aren’t super picky, this is a great spot. It has everything you need for a beach hotel. Room was large and had all the basics. The manager was super friendly and made it easy for us. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a room with three beds, a small fridge, and a microwave from July 4-6, 2025. The twin bed was uncomfortable and needed replacement, while the other was clean. The motel’s location on the boardwalk and friendly staff were great. However, we arrived near noon and had to wait until 3 pm to check in. The private parking lot was convenient, but other cars were parked behind ours. The rooms were small and needed painting. The high price for the quality of the room made us decide not to stay again.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Room was clean and the costumer service was great. The towels were small so would take my own next time. Plenty of outlets however they were lose so the plugs would fall out easily.

Zoltar was our neighbor!!

We loved how close to the beach it was. Perfect location, our balocony/walkway literally connected to the Boardwalk. We were expecting a room with 2 beds and ended up with 2 rooms with 3 beds. We had a dresser, tv, microwave, small fridge and of course an air conditioner. No chairs but we were at the shore so we brought chairs for the beach so we used them, lol! It worked. I'm sure you could see the beach and ocean from the 2nd or 3rd floor balcony/walkway. Next time we might try to request an upstairs room but really no complaints. The parking was a little far (but free) and you got a nice walk, so it balanced out. A great trip altogether, wished we had more time to stay a day or 2 longer.

Typical oceanfront hotel

This is a typical beach hotel. (Could have been updated a little more and just a bit cleaner but was not terrible) Check in was super easy. The employees were very nice and helpful. We stayed on the second floor room 14b it was a family suite with a full-size bed and a bunk bed in one room. Then the second room had a full size bed and the bathroom, mini fridge and closet. There was a small table, microwave and armoire in the main room that had all the beds. The first floor balcony had access straight to the boardwalk, but the top floor had to go back towards the street to get down to ground level. The balcony ran the whole length of the hotel, and there were chairs and benches outside of your door to enjoy the view. The Bathroom is small, but who goes to the ocean to hang out in the room? The other guest were very friendly as well. The office is located straight across the alley at the sister hotel. I feel there may have been rooms in the basement as well, but I would not think they had much for windows. When we needed something like ice or extra towels, I went over to the office and asked, and they happily got them for us. This was a reasonably priced hotel For being directly on the boardwalk. You did have to pay to go on the beaches and they closed at night with a gate and officer located at each. However you can go off the board walk and enter the beach. No life guards there tho. City parking in front of hotel and only 10 spots for guest in lot across

Worst stay ever. If I had to say something good about this property, it was that the front desk staff allowed me in the room early. The rest went downhill from there. The room was filthy come on the floor sand all over the floor. Hair is on the floor. I don't think it was even cleaned. Hair in the shower. A broken spoon with some kind of food on it in the closet and the closet smelled like pee. There was something else in the closet. I didn't know what the heck it was. On top of everything, after 9:00 at night it was extremely noisy and people partyed until 4:00 in the morning when I finally decided that after the first night I was going to was going hightail out of there even though I paid for two nights. I called the motel around 8:30 a.m. after I left I told them I couldn't stay there because it was so disgusting and the only response I got from the woman who answered was oh I'll let the owner know. I haven't heard back from anyone. I haven't gotten any money back and I will never ever stay here again. If you like slumming it and partying all night and dirty beds then this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise steer clear.

Was ok. The staff was friendly & try to do their best to accommodate you, but I don't think I would stay again, especially for the price. Location is the only great benefit!! Top bunk was so loose that i was afraid to sleep in the full size bed under it. My daughter actually wanted to sleep on the futon instead of the top bunk, but it was broken & the mattress was so old & worn, you felt every bar underneath you (you could barely sit on it). Asked the office to tighten the bed & he said "its always been that way...its ok"! Ummm...no its definitely not!! So he brought us a rollaway bed. Again, mattress wasnt the best, but she used it anyway, since we were only staying one night. We had NO hot water in the shower. Only 2 outlets & you couldnt even use one because it was so loose that everything fell out. There were no smoke detectors!! There were parts of the room that were so dirty & loaded with sand that you can tell they are never cleaned! And they only have one extremely small parking lot near the motel (it fits like 5 cars). Luckily I ended up being able to jump in a spot quickly when I saw someone leave. Otherwise, you have to park a few blocks away, which is super inconvenient & defeats the purpose of getting a motel right on the boardwalk. It was SO loud around us (especially above us) that I barely slept. I dont expect complete silence. I understand people are on vacation having fun. But when music is BLASTING & people are pounding above you, its frustrating!!
