This hotel is not maintained very well. I was first presented a room where part of the ceiling was on the floor and the bathroom was flooded. I was then changed to another room without a trash can in it, not very clean and the lock didn’t work on the door. The location is great! Check in staff was nice.

Extremely old dirty rooms. More like a party hotel for drunk kids.The sheets and towels were clean and the pool seemed clean. Super close to boardwalk. Would not stay here again for free.

We stay here every year, always great and quiet. Very short walk to the boardwalk. Room didn't have a microwave when we arrived but we were provided with a brand new one upon request. Courteous and accommodating staff. Will stay again next year.
