SEASIDE HEIGHTS COTTAGE- BACK UNIT, 2 BEDROOMS, 1 BATH, SLEEPS 4

  • Enjoy this newly remodeled Seaside Heights cottage only blocks from the bay and blocks from the beach! It has a kitchen outfitted with a fridge, stove/oven, coffeemaker, and toaster along with all dishware so you can make meals with your family and friends. Additionally, there is a living room with two pull-out couches (one full bed, one twin bed) and a 50-inch smart flat-screen TV. There are 2 bedrooms; one room has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed. The backyard escape is perfect for relaxing after the beach. There is a large patio table with string lights overhead and even an outdoor shower! 5 beach badges are included per house, along with beach chairs.

    -No prom
    -No underage drinking
    -No subleasing
    -Street Parking
    -Smoke-free/pet-free home
    -Must be 25 or older to rent during June. Age 21 all other times.
