I picked this hotel because of price and reviews. I now find it hard to believe this place received an 8 out of 10. I think something is not right with that. The place is dated, musty smell in the room, but it was good for a one night stay with the price. Not far from the boardwalk and not noisy.

Had a mini apartment for the week basically. We loved it, to be fair though when we go to the beach we just want a clean place to sleep and get ready we are not in the room majority of the time. Had a small kitchen, living area, plus bathroom and bedroom and balcony. This was our 3rd year staying here but first time in this room and will deff be booking it again next year.

Not sure why when i went on google and the reviews were terrible, staff was lovely and rooms were basic but clean. Place is a little run down looking but honestly that’s practically every hotel at the shore so nothing new. This was my second time staying and will absolutely be back!

Well…location was good, people very pleasant and helpful, BUT…this place is so run down. Could easily be cleaned up and great. Floors of the room were not cleaned, never took our shoes off. Enough said!

This quaint little motel was perfect for our overnight stay in Seaside. I had messaged the property the day before, in anticipation of a possible early arrival. The gentleman running the motel told me to contact him when we had an ETA. When I called, he was so friendly and kind, and made our early check-in a breeze! The room was very clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. We were also able to park in the lot, which was great. A short walk to the boardwalk and some surrounding restaurants made it a very convenient spot. We hope to be back soon, and will be looking to stay here again!

The hotel manager and staff were wonderful, really demonstrated an actual concern to address any issues that enabled us to have a wonderful stay. The queen studio was a nice size, separate bedroom from the kitchen/living room. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay! Staff super friendly, very close to boardwalk, clean and spacious room, felt very safe, bed bug covers, microwave, fridge, etc. Owner let us park there when we got there at 10am even though we couldn’t check in until 3pm. Our one night here was great and we will definitely be back!

Honestly the perfect stay if you want something a little cheaper priced at the shore. Very quiet and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again when we go back!
