Seaside is FULL of life and Sunburst Beach House is only 1½ blocks (650 steps!) from the Promenade, the Great Pacific Ocean, and the vast Seaside sandy beach. Just minutes, an easy walk, is the town with its antiques, souvenirs, bakeries, restaurants, candy shops, and the Seaside Outlet Mall. Our younger guests can enjoy a wide range of board games and puzzles and don't forget to hold a family game of ping-pong. Evenings will make the day even better as you feast in the spacious kitchen and patio, both are perfect for lively conversations while cooking your gourmet meal or simply enjoying takeout from one of the many fine local restaurants. Sunburst Beach House

Great house and location

The house had all the extras. There were games, a great hot tub, fire pit, easy walk to the beach, and very comfortable beds. The linens and towels were fresh and nice. It is a very nice place to stay. It is very spacious. We were very happy.

Great Location

Loved being just 2 blocks from the Promenade and on the quieter side of Seaside. The home was perfect for our family and we loved the hot tub and fenced in back yard.

Perfect Getaway

This was a great location for our family, which includes a young children and dog. It's walking distance to the beach, main street, and aquarium. The house was very clean and the setup is perfect for larger families.

Clean, Spacious Home, close to the Promenade

My family very much enjoyed staying at this clean, spacious home. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs, the hot tub was clean, and beds comfortable. Our hosts struck the perfect balance between attentive and unobtrusive. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits to Seaside.

Cozy home close to the beach

We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely home. We had everything we needed for our stay. Fully fenced yard for our dog which he loved to explore. Close to shopping and the promenade and beach. We loved our morning walks with our dog to the coffee shop a few blocks away. It was a perfect stay…next time we will stay longer!!

Beautiful home, plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of a busy day. Fenced in yard for the puppers. If you have a large group this place is perfect.

It was great for adults and children. Quick walk to the beach and I love that we had access to the garage for stroller parking. I just wish the trash can was a little bit larger with 5 kids.

Beach House

This property was conveniently located close to the beach, downtown, and groceries. It is a warm and welcoming home and had plenty of space for the family. It could use a larger BBQ but overall I’d book again if the opportunity came up.

Wonderful week with family!

The Sunburst beach house was absolutely fantastic! We had a great family vacation with our 2 year old nephew - the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The house was so accommodating, our dog had the best week also. You are able to stroll to the beach or to Broadway with all of the fun restaurants, arcades and bars. All of the rooms were equally as comfortable and everything was super easy. Suzanne was a huge help. We will be back!
