Beautiful Historic 5 Star Home On The River's Edge In Seaside. Walk to Downtown.

This house has beautiful plantings, an outdoor kitchen, and a large backyard leading down to the Necanicum river. There are many rooms for gathering or having some quiet time alone. Only 5 blocks to the center of town.
Level 2 Electric Car Charger. 48 amps, 11.5 kW. Adapter required for Tesla. Charger has a 25 foot long cord.
Come and stay in this beautifully renovated family home situated on the east bank of the Necanicum River in Seaside, Oregon. Walk downtown and to the famous Seaside Promenade. Everything you'll need for a relaxing family vacation or an adult getaway is provided.
House features a fully equipped big & bright kitchen with a breakfast bar, formal dining room, large living room, library, wraparound enclosed front porch.
Sleep soundly in the comfortable beds, high quality linens and crisp duvets filled with down comforters. Lay your head on a freshly pressed pillowcase, open the window and inhale the fresh ocean air.
Watch the sun sparkle over the river from the deck or enjoy the large yard with a fire pit. Enjoy a book in the library, play board games or just relax in one of the four uniquely decorated bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 12.
Maximum number of guests is 12, that includes children and infants.
Check in is at 4:00PM, check out is at 11:00AM.
No pets please.
Please Note: Owner has use of the detached cottage behind the house.
The yard is all for the guests use.

Beautiful, clean property with everything you could need

Lots of space for a big group. Very well stocked and organized. The property is in a great location close to the downtown while still quiet and safe. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

It was great stay. We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. We enjoyed the large dinning room table were we could all sit and play games and share meals. I’ve been bragging about how well the house fit our needs.

Gorgeous Property

The house, property, and view are all amazing. Owner is the nicest. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and our chef friend was in heaven. This was our second time here and we will be back again.

We had a wonderful time in seaside! This house was stocked with everything we could have needed plus more. The home is bigger than I expected with plenty of beds and space to spread out after a fun filled day! The home is walking distance to downtown seaside! Beth was a wonderful host!

I've been using VRBO for almost 16 years. This was the most well stocked place I've ever stayed! It was a perfect fit for out extended family of 11. It had everything we could've possibly needed. The hosts were fantastic! Wish we could've stayed longer.

We have rented many times thru vrbo. This was a first. Excellent house, cleanliness beyond, all the needed items in a kichen plus .the bathrooms were equipped with any items you may have forgotten. The beds comfy. Absolutely the best! We will go back to this rental.

Spacious Comfort

Our stay at this home went beyond our expectations. It was stocked with everything we could have needed, from cooking to sundries to entertainment. We had kids aged 10-17 with us and there was so much room to space ourselves out as well as options to be together. The home was charming, extremely clean, well-stocked and comfortable, including the beds. The location couldn't be beat, as it was situated picturesquely by the river and a short jaunt to the beach//town. We hope we can come back and explore for longer next time!

Absolutely beautiful home!

This house was in such a perfect location for all the fun activities around. Right on the river with a perfect fire pit seating area. The house was supper clean and they had everything you could think of, even an extra box of things if you forget something. The basement had so many toys games, beach chairs and towels. Two laundry sets downstairs to. The owner lives right behind the property and she was so sweet and kind. We will stay here again for sure and would recommend to anyone.

This house has everything?

Owner has stocked this house with everything you need for a great beach trip. Very clean! There was 10 of us. Sisters and our daughters. Second stay at this home! Love it!! We will be back again.

Exceptional Home

This home was very clean, amazingly well stocked with amenities, and was perfect for our extended family. There are many areas the teens could congregate and hang out, and they loved the access to the river for fishing. Everything in Seaside is within walking distance which allowed everyone the ability to do their own activities since we only had 2 rental cars. The owner is super friendly and responsive. We especially loved the little sign in front of the house ♥️. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This is one of the most charming homes I've ever stayed in. It's warm and inviting, and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a short or long stay. Beth and are the ultimate hosts, and have thought of every detail to provide comfort and convenience. They were always quick to answer any questions and check out was super easy. The house is within easy walking distance to the beach, and to town. This was our second girlfriends' getaway to this house and we hope to make it an annual event.

Can’t wait to return

Everything about this home for our family of 8 one under the age of 2 was perfect! Beautiful, inviting, welcoming and clean throughout! Everything we needed except for the food! The bbq, fire pit, kitchen, and large dining room table extra nice. The bedrooms with luxuriously appointed linens, fan in each room for white noise and the meticulous detail to decorative touches helped make us feel even more comfortable than we already were. Even extra towels in the bathroom. Looking forward to returning to Seaside to stay again and again.

The Dancing Crab

The property was located within 5 min of main street easy to just wander over to a Pub or get some excellent Thai. The property was excellent, clean and room enough for 6 people without getting in each other's way. The house was very nice, very well appointed and nice seating. The backyard was great, the fire pit, chairs by the water for morning coffee all a crowd pleaser. I would highly recommend this house; the owners were really nice, and the street quiet, and did I say it was easy to get anywhere you wanted from it?

Wonderful Attention to Detail!

We chose this location for our annual family beach trip. Our family includes 3 children under 5 years old and this home was perfect for our needs! Plenty of bed options, toys, back yard to play in, and more. Beth decor was well curated and she chose incredibly comfortable bedding and other linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! We had such a wonderful time kayaking and crabbing on the Necanicum River and will return to Beth's home in the furure! Thank you for the great stay!

amazing place to stay with kiddos and/or good friends!

The house is so big on the inside you wouldn’t know it from first glance, and decorated beautifully. I loved the fact it’s so close to town but you feel like you’re in your own private world here. They literally have everything you’re looking for with a nice stay with friends. Amazing bbq area, great living room to gather round in, and they also have tons of games and entertainment stuff for the kids. I’m just upset I didn’t notice they had clam guns for use until we were one hour from checking out! We definitely plan on coming back and I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here.
