The court is great for a short visit. The room is well equipped and is beautiful. On-site management was great. I wish our beach access was not at the main entrance. Overall great place for a 3-4 day trip to Seaside."

"Overall excellent stay. 99% of everything was as expected. There were a few minor annoyances like broken rollers on a couple of chairs and funky TV controls, but definitely not enough to outweigh all the other outstanding features. Living downstairs, entertaining upstairs. Small and cozy, but not cramped. Excellent proximity to beach. Midway between Seaside and Watercolor. Near perfect!"
